This document outlines the main terms of cooperation with SocialMollo. By placing an order, the client confirms they have read and accepted these terms.
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. We always strive to stay in touch and promptly assist with questions at any stage of our cooperation.
Work on the project begins after a 50% advance payment of the agreed total cost. This payment secures the booking time and initiates the production process.
We guide the client through all stages — from concept and preparation to the final result. We consult, offer solutions, and help choose the optimal format, style, and presentation so that the content meets your objectives.
The order price includes up to 3 revisions at no additional cost. Revisions must remain within the scope of the original project brief. Significant concept changes or new tasks are discussed and estimated separately.
Turnaround times depend on project complexity, scope of work, and the speed of client feedback. All deadlines are agreed upon in advance and met provided materials and feedback are submitted on time.
We don't work with templates. Every project is created individually: format, style, and editing are tailored to the goals, audience, and client preferences. For businesses, the focus is on marketing, attention, and sales; for private clients, it's on aesthetics, emotions, and atmosphere.
The client is responsible for provided materials (video, photos, logos, texts, music). If necessary, we can assist with selecting, creating, or refining content.
Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final material for personal and commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
SocialMollo reserves the right to use completed projects (or fragments thereof) in its portfolio, on the website, and on social media exclusively for demonstration and promotional purposes, without transferring them to third parties.
Pricing is calculated individually and depends on project volume, complexity, and deadlines. The final price is agreed upon before work begins and will not change without mutual consent.
In case of project cancellation after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable, as it covers time spent, preparation, and resources. Rescheduling is possible subject to prior agreement.
